• Prices:
  
  Our price is all inclusive (product + shipping* + tax).
  We make it simple and clear: what you see is the total you pay.
  * Below $100 we will charge a flat fee of $25 for regular UPS shipment.
  * On Dinnerware orders: shipping is always free but we require a $250 minimum order.
  
• Shipping:
  
  On Dinnerware and Tabletop item we will ship free of charge within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Sorry no expedited service is available. 
  
  On Limoges Boxes and Jewelry items we usually ship within 48 Hrs of receiving your order. We ship UPS Ground. 
  You can request expediting handling and shipping within the US at the following cost:
• • $50 for 2nd day delivery
  • $75 for next day delivery
    
    
• Returns and Refunds:
  If you are not satisfied with our shipment or product for any reasons please notify us by email within 48 Hrs of receipt. You then will have 7 days to return the product to:

We will provide a shipping label and pay the freight for the return.

We will refund your account in full upon receipt of the item in resalable condition.
