International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  Returns - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us (unused, in good condition and with all its original packaging) within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping and handling charges and any non-refundable deposits). Please note that all hand-painted items will have slight variations in terms of brush strokes, colors and textures. These slight imperfections are what give the piece its individual and unique hand-crafted charm.

If your package is returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because attempts for delivery were made and the recipient was not available to sign for package, there will be a $5.00 reshipping fee that will apply if you would like for the package to be reshipped. If you decide to cancel an order once the package has been shipped back to due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the you will be re-credited for the amount of the items only. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

Special order items items are made to order by the artisans in Limoges. We inspect all special orders when they arrive, and will ship it only if the item is in perfect condition. Since this is the case,  we cannot allow exchanges on special orders. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. The cancellation of a special order is subject to a 25% fee. Please consider these terms before placing a special order.

Damaged Items - If for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged, we will be happy to offer you a refund or a credit (at our discretion) provided you notify us within five days of receipt of the shipment and return the broken merchandise to us.
