Shipping and Returns

Orders of in-stock merchandise ship from our warehouse and generally arrive at US locations within five to seven business days from receipt of your order depending on the distance from our warehouse. We will notify you by email of any anticipated delays. You may email us questions about your order at any time. Send your email to Our customer service representatives are available Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time and respond to email during those hours. We offer complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders. If you need your shipment more quickly, we offer UPS 2nd Day Air for a charge of $35.00 per order and UPS Next Day Air for $45.00 per order. We ship all over the world, but please note that at this time on-line orders must be shipped within the United States. If your order is going to either Alaska or Hawaii, it must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air of Next Day Air.

Shipping Times

If your order is placed before 11 AM Eastern Standard Time on any business day and your order is made up of in stock items, it will be shipped that day. If the order is placed after 11 AM, the order will be shipped the following business day. This means any order placed after 11 AM on Friday will not go out until Monday.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us (unused, in good condition and with all its original packaging) within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping and handling charges and any non-refundable deposits). Please note that all hand-painted items will have slight variations in terms of brush strokes, colors and textures. These slight imperfections are what give the piece its individual and unique hand-crafted charm.

If your package is returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or because attempts for delivery were made and the recipient was not available to sign for package, there will be a $5.00 reshipping fee that will apply if you would like for the package to be reshipped. If you decide to cancel an order once the package has been shipped back to due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the you will be re-credited for the amount of the items only. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.

Special order items items are made to order by the artisans in Limoges. We inspect all special orders when they arrive, and will ship it only if the item is in perfect condition. Since this is the case, we cannot allow exchanges on special orders. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. The cancellation of a special order is subject to a 25% fee. Please consider these terms before placing a special order.

Damaged Items

If for any reason your merchandise arrives damaged, we will be happy to offer you a refund or a credit (at our discretion) provided you notify us within five days of receipt of the shipment and return the broken merchandise to us.
